Our Annual General Meeting for Wandsworth & Merton took place on Wednesday 11th February at the Omnibus Theatre on Clapham Common – a fantastic venue with AV facilities and really good accessibility.

Following the internal branch business section of proceedings, we were delighted to be joined by Molly Scott Cato, vice-chair of the European Movement UK, who presented her talk on ‘Celebrating European Values’ – a really inspiring topic in these dark winter months!

See the accompanying slides below for a flavour of the talk.

Following Molly’s talk there was a very active Q&A session where we covered the key issues in our campaign as 2026 begins. It’s certainly a crucial year in prospect for all kinds of geopolitical reasons. We then held the draw for our raffle fundraiser, and adjourned to the theatre bar downstairs to contiue the discussions.
